  • We will come out and meet with you to discuss your ideas, answer questions and do a 
    through inspection of the areas you wish to remodel. We will discuss the feasibility of your 
    project in relation to your budget.

  • We will provide you with a ballpark estimate based on our conversations. Our estimate will 
    be broken down into categories so you can see where your money is being spent. We will 
    also provide you with computer animations of your intended addition and floor plans to help 
    visualize the completed project.

  • If further design is required, we will give you a moderately priced proposal to help you 
    through the design process and produce plans and specifications that you can use to give 
    to any contractor to acquire alternative pricing.

  • Should you decide to hire us to do the work, we will require a deposit to produce the final 
    permit plans and schedule the work. We will provide you with all pricing up front and a 
    schedule for the work through completion. When all design criteria is satisfactory, we will 
    finalize the plans and acquire a building permit.

  • Work will start shortly after the permit is issued. We will order all specialty items as needed, 
    schedule all sub contract work and begin construction. We will have regular meetings with 
    you to be sure work is progressing in the manner you have expected. We will keep you 
    informed of any necessary schedule changes and alert you to upcoming progress goals.

  • We are available to you throughout the construction progress for what ever reason may be 
    necessary. Home renovation is an intrusion into your life. As happy as you will be to see us 
    start, you will be just as happy to see us finished and gone. We will do our best to make the 
    construction process as minimally invasive as possible and treat your home and belongings
    as if they were ours.

  • When construction is complete, we will ask you to inspect the finished product andcomment 
    on any areas that need a final extra touch. We will continue to be available to you for any 
    problem that may arise whether it be a month down the road or a year down the road. We 
    stand behind everything we build and take pride in being responsive to our customer's 
    needs.
